Tim O'Connor, owner of Up 2 Code, has worked in the home repair/maintenance industry since 1995. He has worked for hundreds of property owners throughout the St. Louis metro area and has become familiar with the housing codes and inspectors in various municipalities.

Our goal is to make life easier on both real estate agents and homeowners. By providing top-to-bottom service, real estate agents have the piece of mind of knowing that one company will handle all the repairs required, while the owner benefits
